To improve machinability, materials doped with elements such as K, Al, and Si are commonly used, and depending on the application, pure tungsten wire (99.99%) with rhenium added tungsten wire can also be applied. Tungsten wire and ribbon are wound and fixed onto Ti-Ni guide wires. If necessary, laser welding can also be applied for fixation.
